A week or so ago, I noticed a lot of double articles (well multiple copies of articles by different authors) in the forums.  One such instance and I figure it is a newbie.  But multiple authors I figured the forums were wonky.  So when I posted a new article, and got the "Egads", I then opened a new browser window and checked to see if it had posted.  it had. 

Since then, it has happened every time to me, and each time I have checked and it has posted, so I do not try to post again.

I found the same thing...after a couple of times.  Thanks Doc.
